After putting an advertisement on Trust a Trader, Callum was one of the replies we had. His quote was very detailed and explanatory and the way it was laid out just gave me faith in him.
He booked us in within the week and a few days later a very detailed survey arrived by email. It was very easy to understand, the traffic light system was very useful to me. Also I was advised that I could call at any time to discuss his findings and any issues I had concerns with.
Although WR Surveying wasn't the cheapest quote I had, it was the one I felt most at ease with and I certainly wasn't disappointed. I would thoroughly recommend this company without hesitation.
Thank you.

Booking a survey and the whole process was quite straightforward. Callum did a great job with the survey, gave us the report on time and was able to answer all our questions even a few weeks after delivering the report. The sellers also commented that he spent a lot of time checking everything and seemed surprised by how thorough he was. His report gave us the confidence to go ahead with our purchase as we felt well informed about the condition of the house and any potential future repairs. Thank you, Callum and team!

Was recommended WR Surveying by the estate agent selling the property we are purchasing, we contacted them and got a response very quickly, had a phone call with Tom he was very friendly and professional and gave good advice without being sales-ey or pushy, we had a level 2 survey done and he called as he left the property to have an in depth discussion about findings, we then had a very thorough, well laid out report sent over that evening, couldn’t recommend them enough they were amazing! Will deffo be recommending to any friends or family purchasing a house in the future!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND WR Surveying. I needed a last minute Level 2 Survey for my dream first property and Callum did everything he could to make that happen. Callum and Tom are both so professional, thoughtful and make the whole experience seamless. It’s so obvious that this is a family business that cares deeply for their customers and goes above and beyond. The survey was so helpful and written in a way that was easy to understand.

I’ll happily use them again and again. Thanks again both!

Great service from Callum. Had level 2 survey completed, really thorough and helpful report received- also didn’t have to wait long to book it in or receive the report. Would recommend.

Callum and the team were absolutely fabulous from start to finish.
After being let down by another surveyor, they stepped in quickly, helped us organise a valuation, and delivered the report within 24 hours.
Highly recommended. Special thanks to Hannah for her support in such a quick turnaround.
