WR Surveying was founded by Callum in 2023, driven by a passion for helping people make confident property decisions. After more than ten years in the industry, he set out to create a surveying service that feels personal, reliable and genuinely helpful.

We specialise in high-quality home surveys and valuations for residential property sales across the East Midlands, always putting customer service first. That’s why we only conduct one survey a day, giving each client the time and care they deserve.

His quote was very detailed and explanatory and the way it was laid out just gave me faith in him. He booked us in within the week and a few days later a very detailed survey arrived by email. It was very easy to understand, the traffic light system was very useful to me. Also I was advised that I could call at any time to discuss his findings and any issues I had concerns with. Although WR Surveying wasn't the cheapest quote I had, it was the one I felt most at ease with and I certainly wasn't disappointed. I would thoroughly recommend this company without hesitation. Callum did a great job with the survey, gave us the report on time and was able to answer all our questions even a few weeks after delivering the report. The sellers also commented that he spent a lot of time checking everything and seemed surprised by how thorough he was. Was recommended WR Surveying by the estate agent selling the property we are purchasing, we contacted them and got a response very quickly, had a phone call with Tom he was very friendly and professional and gave good advice without being sales-ey or pushy, we had a level 2 survey done and he called as he left the property to have an in depth discussion about findings, we then had a very thorough, well laid out report sent over that evening, couldn’t recommend them enough they were amazing!
