Led by Callum Walker, WR Surveying brings over a decade of experience in residential property. Callum started out in estate agency before qualifying as a surveyor and now leads with a client-first approach built on accuracy and trust.
He holds a Level 6 Diploma in Residential Surveying and Valuations. His surveying experience spans Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire and Staffordshire. In 2022, he was nominated for RICS Young Surveyor of the Year and just a year after founding WR Surveying, he was shortlisted for Residential Surveyor of the Year at the RICS Matrics Awards 2024.
